TRELLA LOURENE ROUGH
BUCHANAN -- Trella Lourene Rough, 100, of 2065 Mayflower Rd., in Bertrand Township, died Friday, July 23 in Lakeland Medical Center, Niles. She was born on Dec. 5, 1903 and was retired as Bertrand Township Clerk after 20 years of service. She was a piano teacher and was a lifetime member of Portage Prairie United Methodist Church.

Ms. Rough was the daughter of the late Percival and Grace Rebecca Grossman. She was never married and is survived by several cousins.

Services were held Tuesday, July 27 in the Portage Praire United Methodist Church, and burial followed in Portage Prairie Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the church. The family was served by Swem Funeral Home.

ANNE D. FOLCK
THREE OAKS -- Anne D. Folck, 80, died Thursday evening, July 22 at LaPorte Hospital. She was born Jan. 28, 1924 in Orizaba, Mexico to the late James and Dolores A. (Nueva) Lange. Her family moved to LaCrosse, Wis. when she was two years old. She moved from LaCrosse after 24 years and lived in Laporte for 10 years. She was employed as manager of the Wig and Millinery Dept. at Levines Dept. Store. She moved to Three Oaks in 1979. She was a member of American Legion Post #83 Auxiliary, the VFW Post #1130 and the Three Oaks Community Service Club.

On Feb. 12, 1944, in Paris, Tenn. she married Robert H. Folck. He survives with sons, Robert (Carol) Folck of Kalamazoo, and Randy (Renee) Folck of San Antonio, Texas; and six grandchildren.

Services were held Tuesday, July 27 at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Stevensville. Burial followed in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Three Oaks. Memorials may be made to the church of which she was a member. Arrangements were by Pobocik Funeral Home.


PEARL ADELLE DAVIS
BRIDGMAN -- Pearl Adelle Davis, 85, died at her home in Bridgman on Tuesday, July 20. Funeral services were held Friday, July 23 in Boyd-Pike Funeral Home. Burial was in Graceland Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Hospice at Home of Stevensville.

She was born Dec. 9, 1918 in Kearney, Neb., the daughter of the late Carl and Pearl (Sylvester) Wright. Survivors include her husband, Colonel John E. Davis, Sr. of Bridgman; two sons, John (Marybeth) Davis Jr. of Hopkins and Richard (Donya) Davis of Bridgman; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by two sons, Floyd "Skip" Davis and Buddy Davis; and a daughter, Donna Davis.
